Introduction

Please read the following terms & conditions of the SportEYZ online service agreement carefully. By accessing the information on the SportEYZ site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions do not access the SportEYZ site.

Contract Formation

Any order you make through the SportEYZ website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.

Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.

The contract to purchase a product or products is made when SportEYZ has received your submitted shopping cart form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase on the SportEYZ website could not be easier. Just browse the items then scroll down the page and add your required size and quantity then click the button marked ‘Add to Cart’.

If you want to continue shopping you can do so and therefore continue adding items into your cart. Once you have finished shopping click the ‘Checkout’ option and you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

You can choose to pay by Credit/Debit card or PayPal.

If you have any problems whilst shopping on our website then just give us a call or send us and email via the ‘contact us’ page.

Payment by Credit/Debit Card

All orders are to be paid in UK Pounds.

SportEYZ has opted to associate itself with paypal. All payments are transacted directly between the customer and PayPal. SportEYZ is not made aware of credit card details. We simply receive notification from PayPal on customer information and associated order details. The information is limited to information such as the customers name, address followed by the product details.

Payment is taken from your credit/debit card when the order is placed.

Delivery Schedule

It is our aim to post all orders within 4 working days. SportEYZ will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific item not being available at a specific time.

Postage

All products are sent by Royal mail recorded delivery In some instances a third party carrier may be used to deliver your order.

Postage & Packaging Costs ( UK Only)

Postage is charged at £2.50 per item and is included within the price of each item.

Postage & Packaging Costs (International)

Please contact our customer service team by email at sales@sporteyz.co.uk for a postal quote for your country before placing an order.

Customs & Import Duties

If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; SportEYZ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Returns Policy (UK Customers)

Prior to returning your goods you must obtain an authorisation number from our returns department as confirmation of acceptance by SportEYZ.

You can email the department direct at sales@sporteyz.co.uk

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. We will then issue a credit to the value of the goods. The original postage costs in sending the goods to you are however not refundable. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods at their cost.

Please note a 10% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refund if items are returned and a refund is requested rather than an exchange.

SportEYZ will not accept responsibility for loss of any product being returned by the customer. Therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as you are then guaranteed a signature. If you do not choose to use recorded delivery then it is imperative that you obtain a free certificate of postage which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any return parcels go astray.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging in an unused/unworn condition.

The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law & Courts.

Returns Policy (International Customers)

Prior to returning your goods you must obtain an authorisation number from our returns department as confirmation of acceptance by SportEYZ. You can email the department direct at sales@sporteyz.co.uk If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. The package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state this then SportEYZ may not be able to accept delivery of the return package and therefore unable to issue a credit. The original postage costs in sending the goods to you are however not refundable. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods at their cost.
